First take Two cups of wheat flour add salt according to your taste add black pepper powder, jeera and 100 gm of ghee and mix everything well.
Next step take two onion chopp them finely and green chillies according to your preference and add coriander leaves.Than slowly add water to the dough and kneed it well we don’t want the dough too wet it should be tight.
Than make portion of your dough you made and you have to roll it thick and than put it on a iron tawa and cook it on medium flame till crisp you can add oil or ghee what ever you prefer.
We are done now you can serve koki with papad & curd or pickle.
